ENCLOTHE WASHI AND WOOL is characterised by bold silhouettes that are created from a single pattern piece dramatically enveloping the body. To provide warmth and volume, the weft is made from a blend of Japanese Washi paper and wool whereas the warp is made from nylon and polyurethane thread, resulting in a supple fabric with a taut texture that stretches and hugs the body despite being partly made from paper.
